Zach was extremely helpful. There was a long list of things needing to be done on my CRV, Zach listed everything by priority based on safety and need then went to work. I gave him a budget that I was comfortable spending and he worked his magic completing most of the list. My car runs like new. Thank you for great people that aren’t out just to to drain out bank account. All services will be done at Hendricks Honda from now on. Also deserving mention is the loaner car provided for my use was a plus.

Best car buying experience ever. Traded online with Bobby for my 2020 Ridgeline. I made a fair bid and they accepted and process was long but painless. Very knowledgeable salesman.
Joey went above and beyond to find our replacement cars for our 2 and my son’s girlfriend’s cars that were recently totaled by the hurricane. He found the exact cars we wanted and got them transferred to Hickory Honda for us along with great prices to take the sting out of having to replace the two cars we had bought from him in the last two years. Back at the end of July he came to do some business in our building and I had called the night before and left another employee a message hoping to schedule an oil change for a Saturday and when Robbie came in that Friday I was picking/joking “ oh are you here to pick my car up for an oil change?
