RecommendedYes and no. Bought the new car with few issues—salesperson helpful and up front with us. But the service department is a different story. I had a 9:00 appointment for routine service and was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour to finish. 4 hours later, I finally left!! I understand that other work may need to be done, but I feel that someone should have let me know it was going to take longer than expected. Need to communicate with those waiting!

Unfortunately no. We had a wonderful sales experience. Joey Lankford was the best and was very patient when I kept changing my mind about models and color. However, their service department leaves a lot to be desired. As positive as the sales experience has been...the after the sales service has been horribly negative.

I have bought a new Honda Accord and also a new Honda CR-V from hendrick Honda. The sales people were very friendly from start to finish, they walked me though each step. They answered every question I had about the vehicles. The maintenance team are very professional, I take my cars there for all repairs.

We bought a used 2018 Accord back in April from the most awesome Salesman Arron Shade. Seriously he is down to earth, not pushy and works hard to get you a good deal. I took the car in for the first oil change and tire rotation this week. I had a 5:30pm appointment. Got there at 5:20pm. They took the car in right away. Said it would take about an hour and 15 minutes. less than an hour later the car was ready. I have a 2013 Honda Civic that has been a great car. I take it to Hendrick Honda Hickory for every service and repair. Since I drive approximately 500 miles per week they have kept me on the road. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. I’m sure my next purchase will come from Hendrick Honda.

Not a good experience. Tried to purchase a car on Sunday. My husband was able to test drive the car but seller seemed very uninterested in closing any car sale for me. I was never asked about financing, what my plan were, sales rep did not even ask my name, or who was buying the car, no questions asked nothing! I went in with a plan and knew what I wanted and was ready to leave dealership with a new car.
