I filled out the online request to get warranty work done and I told them I needed a loaner on the notes. I proceed to get there and I’m told they have no loaners available. I proceeded to sit for 2 hours to wait on the work to be done. I was told it should take about 30 minutes. Wrong.

Hendricks Honda is such an awesome place to bug a vehicle. They go above and beyond to meet your needs and they truly value your business. I totally recommend them and ask for Nathan!! He’s the best!!
I recommend Rick McClure as a sales associate because he really knows what he is doing. He will give you a good deal and takes good care of his customers even after the sale. All the staff seem friendly. I enjoy when I visit from Boone together my car serviced. I trust Shawn in the service department to take good care of my car .

They care about their customers Steven in the service dept is top notch. If you have concerns he is very knowledgeable and personable. Mark the salesman that sold me my 2017 Honda CRV made sure I was satisfied and answered all my question. This is the 2nd CRV I’ve bought from Hendrix Honda in Hickory. I always go there to have my car serviced because they not only change the oil but their ck points informs you of things that may need taken care of. Your safety is important to them.

The service department was wonderful. I had been in several times before and questioned my brakes squeaking here and there and they have always said they were fine. I went in for a tire rotation and oil change and asked to see the pads when they pulled my tires. The service person came and got me and walked me back there to see them and the mechanic working on my vehicle showed me everything also and gave recommendations as well. Very highly satisfied with the level of service and care I received! Awesome job!
