NOT GOING BACK. Said my car needed costly services-I was having no issues at the time, then my bill states I had requested and was having engine issues-LIES! I know I am not the first (looking at other reviews). I will drive out of my way to avoid dealing with this service department that can’t be trusted!!!!!!!

Never ever buy a maintenance package from a dealership period! Its taken me almost a year to get my own money back from purchasing a maintenance package with a vehicle. Worst customer service ever from service reps to finance managers. Gave me run around for months and I've even gone down to the dealership to figure out what to do. It seems they just didn't want to give me my money back and instead came up with excuse after excuse and even dodged my calls towards the end. Glad to say I've finally gotten it straightened
