Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon to check out the new Pilots. Richard McClure met us on the lot, showed us the Pilots, test drove one, loved it, went in to discuss options. He was very knowledgeable, customer friendly and supportive, most importantly not pushy or rushed. He turned us over to Patrick Greene for financing, he also was extremely courteous and helpful.
