Worst customer service ever! I would NEVER RECOMMEND HENDRICK HONDA of HICKORY! We haven't even had this 2 months, never had the truck in 4 wheel drive... needed it to get to work in the snow and couldn't even get it out if the driveway. But according to the used car manager I should be grateful that I had the 3 month warranty so I only have to pay $200 to get it fixed. Merry Christmas to me... they are going to meet me half way. This place is a joke!
Very displeased to say the least, I went in as a repeat customer and had a great first experience but this time it was far less that sub par, they tried to pulled a “quick one” on me and thought it wouldn’t be caught... it was very unethical and sneaky and was just down right rude to be honest, my wife and I was once a believer and told everyone how great Hendrick Honda was... not anymore! Watch out for them folks it’s bad news!!!
We went to Hendrick Honda of Hickory because of a KBB special that was running. We had negative equity on our car and really wanted to trade. Israel was our salesman and he is a fantastic person! Israel went above and beyond to get us into a car. If you want a great experience at this dealership ask for ISRAEL! Thank you so much for your tireless efforts.

I'm happy with my 2017 Accord and with the service I've received since my purchase last year. My salesperson, Kedron, was awesome! I gave my daughter my 2007 Civic and it's still running strong. You can't go wrong with a Honda.
