If you truly want to see what customer service is all about visit the service center at Hendrick Chevrolet and ask for Britney Rawls. Not only is she an awesome customer service rep for them she is knowledgeable and super professional. Additionally Nate was awesome! They both helped with my car trouble, helped get me back on track with my maintenance and did a fantastic job explaining the Valvoline program to me. Xavier Reid was awesome to deal with. He was not pushy and was very assuring that he was going to be able to meet our request. This is my second dealing with a Hendrick Dealership and I am always impressed. Xavier is a great salesperson and I would definitely buy from him again.
