I scheduled an appointment for my recall and it was confirmed. When I arrived at Hendrick I was told that there would be no problem with the recall and that I would be back up and running within a few hours. I left my car overnight and waited for a call to pick up but I never received one. I called the next day and was told that Hendrick's key machine was down and my recall couldn't be completed. I was told that new keys had been ordered and I would be called back in less than a week to pick them up. I have not received a ca... read more
