Took the time to go visit while I was waiting for my approval and left to tell them I would email them back when I heard about the approval and did so about an hour later. They never answered my email and sold the car out to someone else without as much as even calling me back.
We have been very please at Hendricks Cadillac of cary. Eric Herring has been awesome! We have bought 3 cars from him now and his customer service goes above and beyond at the dealership or away. He drove to our home to drop-off/install mats we ordered for our escalade esv. Thank you again!
