Service department clearly doesn't know or understand customer service I called for an appt for 2 front tires I was given a time of 930am I arrive on time and was told approximately 1 hr to change tires seemed a bit long but ok then it was suggested by the service tech at the front desk to get a alignment if needed and that was another hr ok fine 2 hrs for tires and alignment let's do it .So about 12pm I walk out into the drive in bay and notice my car sitting in the middl...Continue Reading
Their service is the best! I made my appointment, showed up at the allotted time, pulled right into the bay, spoke to Corey about what I needed done, and went to the comfortable waiting room to wait for my vehicle's completion. I barely had time to look at the XT4s and have a cup of coffee, and Corey came to tell me my vehicle was all set. I paid for my inspection, which Corey said my XT5 passed with flying colors, and I wished everyone happy holidays, and drove home. Done!
