Apparently Hendricks collision isn't what it used to be! It's been almost a year since whoever they have doing their paint sprayed clear coat on my windshield and had it baked on. Yeah, I've been driving a Lexus around that I can't see out of the windshield. Not to mention how dangerous, but I take it in and have called Geico since it's warranteed through them and they won't fix the problem! Won't ever buy from Hendrick either, dumb asses at Lexus/Northlake failed to put a seal on last time I overpaid to have my oil changed ... read more

Poor communication and unapologetic staff. Geico and most of the Hendrick staff, except for one front desk young lady.

Had an appointment to drop off my car for repairs and pick up a rental car. Had spoken to Hendrick employees on 3 different occasions about the authorization for repairs and a rental car. Got to the appointment on time but no rental car. After waiting for 45 minutes I'm told that they don't have an authorization for a rental car and that State Farm doesn't use Enterprise which Hendrick had on site. Our 2012 Buick Lacrosse had front end and rear quarter panel damage. The car was processed on Aug. 9th and finished on Aug. 13th. I can't say enough about their service, attention to detail and the quality of their work.
