DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR AFTER ACCIDENT REPAIR!!!!!! FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY I PICKED UP MY VEHICLE I HAD TO HAVE TAPE RECORDERS HIDDEN IN MY BREAST. I HAD TO RECORD EVERYTHING I even recorded the phone calls. THE SCAM IS THEY WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY NOT TO REPAIR YOUR CAR AND KEEP THE REPAIR BILL AS LOW AS POSSIBLE SO THE INSURANCE COMPANY CAN SAVE ON THE CLAIM THEY PAY OUT NOT JUST ON THE CAR BUT POSSIBLY ON OTHER PARTS OF YOUR CASE. People did a great job in repairs and i feel gave me a fair price. Was important since I wash paying out of pocket for the repairs.
I have had to take my van back numerous times to have things fixed that they either didn't fix or messed up while "fixing" the damage. I have to take my van back AGAIN tomorrow because the sliding door will not work. Upon further inspection we found that the cable connected to the door is almost severed! I have contacted a lawyer and will be drawing up law suit papers next week. I do not reside in NC, however most of my family does and I will strongly encourage all of them to STAY AWAY from your business! I will also be telling them to warn their friends about the fact that you’re endangering lives by not properly fixing vehicles, sending customers home in a death trap! This is unbelievable!
