I took my new Honda CRV to have an estimate where I was involved in a hit and run. I received the quote that day. I called the next day, made an appointment for the following week and my car was repaired and returned within 1 week. I was kept updated on the current status of the repairs and had no problem getting the insurance to ok additional work that was found after the estimate. They treated me respectfully and made sure I was happy with the repairs. They did an excellent job! Thanks to William Cole!
My vehicle was repaired had garmin stolen.was not reimbursed. Told not responsible. was in hidden console.
I would never tell someone to bring their car here. they have no consideration for you as a driver. They took their time initially inspecting the vehicle for the insurance adjuster ( took them 2 weeks!) and now parts are on backorder, and my 30 day period for my rental is up leaving me with no way to & from work. Their attitude is "well its not our fault so there's nothing we can do". They will not accept fault for dragging their feet in the beginning which is what has caused this mess.
