A great way to taste rabbit for the first time. Who ever thought of lobster in squash soup? And currants with carrots! Wine list was intimidating for this novice, so I returned to the safety of beer, for which draft options were slim but wonderful — the only place to get Heady Topper on tap beyond the “tastes” at Alchemist Stowe. The sorbet was likely the best I’ve ever had, particularly the cantaloupe and berry lemon.
