We were very surprised by our experience here. We were the first table to arrive for dinner and the meal still took an hour. The portions are small, even for a fine dining establishment. Our food was either overly seasoned (salty) or not seasoned enough. Over inconsistent. There are so many better places to visit in the area!

Favorite restaurant in Vermont! Been eating here since it first opened in 2005 while visiting from Massachusetts and it never disappoints. The food is amazing,the setting unique (an old grist mill) and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. A must for your bucket list.
