An unusual aspect of the Hen House is its poultry name, but quality seafood reputation. While chicken was the featured item during the 1960´s, the Warn brothers expanded the menu to include fresh seafood. The Hen House, with seating for over 400, is now the largest seafood restaurant west of Frederick. Great food and great people who serve the food. Love the fish and chicken specials they are all time favorite.
Ate here for the first time this evening. The bread, chicken noodle soup, friend chicken and cheesecake were so delicious! We had two meals, a microbrew beer, a glass of wine, and shared a dessert and the total was just above $40. Awesome food and very good prices for the quality. Service was awesome, as well.
Great food, excellent service, I love there bread and salads are so fresh, I've had steamed crabs, and breaded oysters, my husband had the crab cakes they were delicious, another visit he had a steak, very tasty.... hoping to go for Valentine's
Wanting to say our meal was delish!!! My husband took us here to celebrate our Grandsons birthday.We were pleased with the buffet.Our Grandson luved the fried chicken.Our waitress was very nice n prompt.Its also very clean.Thanks for the enjoyable meal!!! P.S. thanks for the history lesson���
