Then I got a call that it would not be free and they could get me a quote for shipping the item. (false advertising). When I talked to Megan she said that there would be a shipping charge and when I told her to cancel the order was the first time she apologized and said that she would do that for me. Always helpful with any projects I am working on in field, they are great at solving any issues I run into with piping for pumps I am working on. I am not always in the know of plumbing terms or options but they always help me out even just a photo of a large 100hp pump and pipes and they have exactly what I need or can get it by next morning.
