I went in to get my ring temporarily sized and the lady used metal needle nose and wrapped metal around it couldn’t get it applied right and scratched my new engagement ring all up. Will NEVER go there again! I said you scratched the ring up she said ya that happens when we use the metal adjustments 👺
We bought my diamond solitaire earrings from a wonderful knowledgeable man yesterday. He was SO kind and patient with me as I asked him lots of questions and he gave us a brief tutorial about the 4 Cs of buying good diamonds. If the name on the receipt was correct I’d like to thank Stacey the man who we bought from. I adore my earrings. My husband always bought my jewelry from Helzberg. Always beautiful. I’ve always wanted a Sapphire ring. That’s what my purchase was today and a pair of small diamond earrings. My husband passed away April 2016. Making purchases by myself now. Deonte was much help today. Quality is always excellent. I can hardly wait for my ring to be ready for pickup. Thank you
I love helzberg’s. I’m allergic to gold, so when I was shopping for a wedding ring.....everyone working was helping me try to find the perfect engagement ring that would go with a wedding band. I love my engagement ring and wedding band. I’m so thankful for the amazing staff that helped me find my jewelry. I will never buy jewelry from any other store because of the excellent service I’ve gotten here!
My husband bought my wedding rings from here. I have had it inspected every 6 months like recommended and each time it has been sent off for missing diamonds. It is fine when we get there, they out it in the cleaner and it comes out missing diamonds everyone! Not thrilled at all!
