Ordered online never received an update and I called a week later for them to tell me my package was already delivered when in fact it was never delivered had to wait for them to do a Fed Ex investigation just to find out that they said it was delivered, worst customer service and no signature required. Now I have to deal with the bank to do a dispute. Horrible business practice. I will NEVER order from Helzberg Diamonds again nor reccommend them. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received. On multiple occasions, I have dropped my ring off for it's 6-month inspection and asked that they call me to let me know when it's ready to be picked up. Never once have I received a phone call, and I've had to call every time and ask if it's been ready after waiting more than a week for them to call me. The sales staff are rude and when I addressed my concerns with the manager (Steve?), I was assured that this wasn't how they trained their employees to behave. Which ... read more
