If i could give them 0 stars i would, bc giving them 1 star is generous for their poor quality in customer service and terrible quality in jewelry. The attitude I have received from so called "store managers" is absolutely unprofessional and the fact that I've had to have my ring in repair for missing diamonds 5 times, not including a time that my ring came back from repair in worse shape then I dropped it off in, speaks for itself. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL jewelers i have ever done business with and no longer will!
My 75 yr old Father purchased my Mothers gift and your sales associate FORCED him to take the "Free gift". When I mother returned her gift and was looking for something else you CHARGED her $250 for the free gift! Because it was open... did I mention that this free gift was in a brown box & no one knew what it was? The store manager was rude to my Mother & could not help her find anything she liked. How dare you take advantage of my parents like this. How dare you. This is not the last you will hear from us. #ShameonYou
No wonder this store has 1.6 of 5 stars. My boyfriend & I were black Friday shopping with another couple and were looking at rings. We are mid 20’s & were treated like children by a lady with short red & blonde hair. She was very rude & condescending towards us. She was very short & put out when we were looking at a particular ring & she also informed us that they were about to close, this was 40 minutes before the mall was closing. I do not recommend this store.
After being told that my wedding band (that I purchased 2 months prior) couldn't be resized or ordered in a new size, I was told to just buy a new ring. I've heard less tasteless sales pitches from used car salesmen.
The woman helping us was so rude and pushy and it was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. It was even worse because it was my boyfriend and i's first time to look at engagement rings together and she absolutely insulted us the whole time. From money, to the size of the rings, to about my boyfriend's credit. It was awful. This location lost my husband's wedding band and then lied and said that he had already picked it up. We have made several very large purchases from Helzberg and they have now lost our business.
After waiting 20 minutes for anyone to help us, because apparently they can't go in order. They just help whoever walks right up when they know we've been standing there waiting. I wanted to get my ring cleaned. The lady brings it back and says "we can't give this back to you, a stone is lose. You'll have to pay $20 to get it tightened" and hands me a paper to fill out.
