Representative was not only rude the entire phone call, was not helpful at all, had an attitude the entire phone call, & misgendered me over & over & then hung up on me twice despite me being calm the entire call.
Since my client has been dealing with this payee service his rent is currently late and is facing eviction. This payee service says that they're open 24 hours but that is not true they have limited phone times and days. You have to leave several messages as well as email paper trail. They do not call back for more than 48 hours, if you receive a call back. If my client gets evictioned legal action will be for pursued against Helping Hearts for neglecting their obligations.
