I would give 0 stars if I could. I sent a company-wide email about inconsistent hours for full-time RBTs at Helping Hands Family, an ABA company. I worked at the Columbia, MD clinic. Instead of addressing anything I said, they deleted the email, pretended nothing happened, and had the regional manager/director Breck Stanley follow me to every room I was in today. Helping Hands Family provides excellent ABA services! This has been my families first experience with ABA, as my son was diagnosed with Autism at 18 months and all of the staff have been helpful with explaining all of the processes. We love our BCBA and all the RBTs that work with our son, everyone is super warm and friendly. It has only been a few months, and my son has grown tremendously in his social interactions and communication skills. I would recommend them to anyone looking for ABA services for their child.
Helping Hands has positively impacted my child’s ability to learn and retain information. They are patient with him and provide a safe and positive learning environment. I am very happy that I made the decision to enroll him here.
HHF Lanham has been a major support for my family. My son has made tremendous progress with them and everyone from the clinic director, to the BCBA to the RBTs to the Program Support Specialist have been caring and understanding. We love it here!
Helping Hands Family (Lanham, MD) was introduced to us 7 months ago. I found them through an internet search and couldn't be happier with the progress of my toddler. The staff is warm, friendly, knowledgable and supportive our my toddler and our family. We appreciate their communication and data they have shared with us. Each of the ABA techs that works with our toddler has become apart of our family.
