We’ve been with Helping Hands for about a year now and honestly the whole team has been great. When it comes to your child's diagnosis, you want the absolute best for your child and that’s exactly what they provide. They have been very accommodating with my son’s busy and sometimes unpredictable schedule. I had a virtual assessment with one of the staff members here. I will not name names; however, this person could not wait to get off of the call with me. Once they found out that my availability was in the evenings due to me having 3 other children in school, they were dismissive. Never in my life have I been on a video call with someone who gave the impression that I was wasting their time. I wanted to cry.
