I had a accident at work back in April 2024 which resulted in being sent to the hospital. Im still trying to resolve my workers comp case. Cant get ahold of anyone.

Unprofessional .
Ok now we are at attorney point, breach of contract on the bonus. Client has been in and out of hospital so not making any hrs. Just had made the 600 hrs last week, for my bonus promised, contract by makala, goergia, and Melissa and amber. I need my bonus before I lose my car ,home, etc. I was bringing on another patient, now not im not getting my correct 42 hrs a week, not getting my bonuses. This has been since day 1. How do you notify an employee that there was a HIPPA breach with them involved,MERGED,ETC. NOT ALLOW THEM ON THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE PORTAL UNTIL AFTER THEY ARE SIGNED UP ILLEGALLY AND THIER KIDS FOR INSURANCE. LYING ABOUT A COURT ORDER FOR MEDICAL, DOMESTICS HAS EVEN CALLED AND SAID NO COURT ORDER. COULDN'T EVEN ACCESS THE PORTAL THE 1ST 2MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT.
