Don’t prepay for any service. They took my mothers money for a service she then elected to not have done. Refuse to refund. Probably have decided it’s easy to take advantage of an older couple that can’t afford to sue. The work they did complete was WORTHLESS. Another contractor is being paid to fix. They ignore her phone calls. Don’t return messages. Don’t answer letters. I wouldn’t hire them for anything and would advise others to avoid them as well. Can’t be trusted.
I did work in 2014 with Helitech. They fixed my issues of ground water in my basement. Basement has been perfectly dry all these years. Recently I had a small puddle after a very heavy rainfall. I had confidence in the company and am doing repeat business. I would highly recommend them.
