I've been going here for 2 years. The first time there they didn't really explain much. They just assumed I had been there and I knew what to do when they put me in the room. I didn't know I if I was supposed to undress or speak to someone first. Obviously the second time I went I knew... The wait is always about 20 miniutes to half an hour, which isn't oo bad cuz they other place i went to was an hour and a half wait. The staff was very nice and the office is clean and new. If they used my insurance I would still go.
