Worst place to rent an apartment from especially for mental health abuse concerning domestic violence
It was a good place before for mental health but they switched to the system were you had to call in an get your appointment an when you get thats appointment they don't call an remind you so if you miss that appointment you have to start the process of doing a walk in which sucks cause it takes up too 2 to 3 hours just for a intake an then you have to get another appointment to see a mental health professional. When people really, really need help an they aren't there for you.
They did help me with medications but as for 'help' not one thing really. I spent months trying to get a case worker only to find out (after multiple times that she would not return my calls) she was fired. You can never talk to anyone. Stupid automated service is turned on 24/7.
They only care about the money. Not their true purpose, to help people.
