Heirloom manages a rental property in my neighborhood, in fact, it’s a few houses down the street from me. There has been absolutely zero snow maintenance, as in I can’t actually walk on the sidewalk in front of the house because nobody shovels or uses a snowblower, the lawn is mowed once per month (I’m being generous) and the trash stays stacked outside for weeks at a time (hi, mice/rats/raccoons, come on in). Heirloom has been one of the most frustrating rental companies I've had to deal with. They manage to make issues that were easy to solve with past landlords almost impossible to solve. Reaching them by phone or e-mail is difficult, as they direct you to a robo-number instead of directly to a property manager, and rarely respond unless you leave multiple phone messages or e-mails. Would give them 0 stars if possible their greedy pieces of shit charged us for mice in our apartment and tried putting the blame on us they don't care about their tenants dont take care of any thing and they will try to blame you for shit you didn't do never rent from them save yourselves the trouble also all their bad reviews they respond by saying that person didn't actually rent from them
