We had a funeral Saturday morning in south shore Ky. As we pulled out of the funeral home one of your employees was pulling of 23 heading into speedway and he stopped the truck and took his hat off as we went by. I have no idea his name but I wanted to share that and say thank to him and your company!

My family has been big fans of heiners bread for years. Here recently the bread has been hard and almost burnt. The bread seems almost stale the day you pick it up from the store. I have even bought it from different stores in different county. Still the same thing. What happened to the good ol' soft bread???
I have waited for you to improve the Heiner’s 35 bread! Bought it again yesterday and was so disappointed AGAIN!!!! It wasn’t even fresh and was stamped that it should have been fresh for a week! The holes are horrible!!! Here is a picture! I will not be buying it again - I can not afford to keep trying your product!

Can you please resume delivery to Moundsville, WV. I have called and emailed. Some lame reason that sales were down. Sales were down because you only deliver like 10 loaves to each store!!! You had the SMALLEST amount of bread of any brand in every store that sold it. It was gone not long after it hit the shelf. It was always hard to get do to the small amount..... Deliver more....sell more. BRING THE BREAD BACK!!

The last 10 loaves I’ve bought of Heiner’s 35 has had GIANT holes throughout the loaf. Normally I wouldn’t complain, but you can’t even use it for a sandwich or jelly or anything— everything just sloshes out on your hands!! Now, I get that product quality could occasionally be compromised due to a machine malfunction or bubbling during the baking process or whatever but omg, this is every single loaf now. Get your bubbles under control, guys!!!
