I don’t know what had happened to your bread, but it’s awful. I have purchased your Heiners 35 since you came out with it. Last couple loaves I’ve bought, it was dry when purchased. Couldn’t find the wheat, but had multi grain, so picked it up. Just fixed a couple slices of toast and pure nastiness. Horrible taste, dry when pulled out of package. Bread is now dry and tough. It;s terrible.
Why would you change a recipe that has worked for so long? The King bread isn't great anymore... I'm changing brands.
Heiner’s bread has definitely changed. What a same! Why a company wouldn’t listen to their customers is beyond confusing. No more Heiner’s for me! Signed, Former loyal customer.
Heiner’s brand bread and buns use to be all that we bought. Recently, my family has noticed that the bread is no longer soft, light and fresh tasting like it use to be. It is no better than the store brand. No reason to keep purchasing Heiner’s if you can buy a cheaper brand at same quality. My family is very disappointed in the quality of Heiner’s lately and hope they get back to giving us the fresh, soft bread that we are use too!

The bread is not good anymore
It used to be the best bread around. Now it’s dry and didn’t stay fresh as long as it used too. I’m ready to switch to another bread.
They used to make the best bread ever, but they've changed the recipe and ruined it.
