They have changed ingredients, or different measuremeants in the ingredients. Something has changed it went from an awesome product to just a cheaper product and will be losing my business unless they change back .

Ate this bread all my life. It’s not the same. Go back to the old recipe and I’ll purchase it again.

Some things you must leave alone. If it's not broken don't try to fix it. Use to be the best bread around. It has went to holes in the bread, bitter taste to over baked. Whoever's over the recipe and baking needs fired and go back to what was the best bread around. The bread that out of state family and friends had you to bring to them every vacation.

We have used Heiner’s bread for the past 36 years and recently we have noticed that texture of the bread has became very different. Sometimes it is hard, sometimes it’s thin in the middle. It has changed so much that it is no longer the bread that Heiner’s for so many years was famous for. Now, unfortunately we are changing brands. If the bread is not eatable why buy. Good bye Heiner’s it was good knowing you.

I am 85 years old, and have always chosen Heiner’s white bread. The quality has steadily declined, and not worthy of the Heiner name.

Purchased a pkg of New England hot dog buns at local walmart..4× the price of Wal-Mart buns but we like the NE style...Made hot dogs, took our the buns and they were sliced horizontally with 6 tiny slices per bun, rather than one vertical split! HOW CAN I PUT A HOT DOG IN THESE? Your QUALITY CONTROL is slipping! SEE PHOTOS...it would be comedic if i hadn't just wasted my money and had no buns for my hotdogs!

We have bought 2 loaves from 2 different stores in the last week, and it was awful. Outside was soft but the texture of the white inside was coarse, rough and tasted stale. We have had to throw over 1/2 loaf away you could not eat it. We use to love this bread but something has changed and we do not like it nor will we purchase this brand for a while.
