I want everyone at Heights Eyecare to know that Jordan is the best and a great asset to your business. I got locked out of my car (thanks to my pups) with my grandchildren inside. I was close by to Heights Eyecare so ran inside and asked for help! Jordan dropped everything and had someone there in no time flat to unlock my car! She went above and beyond her duties! When I fell down my stairs it was probably a good thing I had those expensive new glasses on. Or I probably would have lost an eye judging on how deep the gouges on the lens were. I only had them for a week. Took them in this morning and the nice lady said yep we will use your one time replacement on them, and I will call you when they are ready. I am using Heights Eye care from now on. They have been so good to me.
A big "thank you" to Pam Bone and Dr, Brad Kimball for working with me to try and resolve some tricky eye problems. I appreciate all of the TLC!
