Took my son who is special needs. The eye doctor was fantastic,we didn't have to wait. They said it could be 2-3 weeks for the glasses. We had them in a week. Highly recommend them.

It takes a very long time to get glasses after ordering them as Heights Eyecare switched manufacturers from local to out of state. Also, my son broke his glasses and is due for an exam but was told that they have no appointments available for 2 months. The eye doctors are great but I would definitely NOT recommend this place!!!

When I came in for my new frames was told my warranty was now void due to the glue... read more

Writing as a guest, not as a patient. However, maybe I wanted to go in the room with the person I came with instead of being rudely ordered to sit in a chair, in a lobby with sucky music.
