Professional and friendly service.
I was nervous about the fit of the bridge but it settled in and felt fine after a few hours. You were right about waiting before trying to further adjust it.
I am impressed with Heidi's meticulous attention to detail and I appreciate her interest in making the patient comfortable and well-informed.

Heidi has been the best dentist who creates the best dental experience ever.
I appreciate your interest in customer feedback. The appointment reminder email is great. I have come to expect a wait when I arrive on time; this is not a good thing. I think it was at least 20 minutes that I waited most recently. When this happens, it would help if someone would stop and say something about how much longer it will be. Once we are underway, I am consistently reassured by the quality of care and attention.
Whole team is very personal and professional. Dr. Wettels spotted another broken tooth (unfortunately) and was flexible with the schedule to address this. Temporary crown stayed on approx. 24 hrs -- no big problem, and I will be seen Monday as scheduled. Lacking dental ins., I will be selling my first-born son to pay the bill. (Just kidding, prices are in line with other area practitioners.) These folks are great. ...... Bob Hausman
