I referred a few people because I was happy with the way Heidi explained everything she was doing and made me feel as comfortable as possible while getting shots etc. However, waiting a whole month for my permanent crown was too much. I shouldn't be expected to have to buy denture glue for a temp crown that fell off after waiting so long for my next appointment. The pain I felt in that tooth for four weeks could have been avoided. Over all the service is fast and friendly and I appreciate it.
This is the first time I waited so long, so maybe that day's scheduling could be looked at. Other than that, your service was fine.
I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist. My condition was explained by the dentist and corrective action was suggested.
Brittany is an excellent hygienist; efficient, communicative, and profession. And Elton John, as usual, is my loyal muse.
My only concern is the frequent change in staff
very helpful staff. this was my firs vistit in quite a while.
Felt realy good afterwards. Dr, Wettles always makes me feel comfortable and she is always helpful and great at what she does.
I felt very comfortable at all times. Perfect.
Everyone was friendly and I can think of nothing that would make me feel more comfortable.
