Everyone was very nice and efficient. All of my questions and or concerns addressed in this visit and I was provided options in my care going forward. Very comfortable atmosphere.
Although I live in W Akron, I will continue with Heidi L Rosenthal DDS as long as I am able. The neighborhood feel of certain things is important to me. Had a very good experience with staff and the doctor. Every thing was thoroughly explained and I was able to get in quickly.
Went in for a routine tooth cleaning. As usual didn’t have to wait and everything was completed quickly and professionally. Followed COVID protocol also.
