This was my first cleaning in over three years and I was feeling anxious. Heidi and her team provided a comfortable and non judgmental setting for assessing my teeth. I had one cavity and Heidi did well explaining what she was seeing and what her recommended follow up plan was. I would recommend her and her team to anyone.
While they couldn't do much for me because my teeth are too far gone, they worked their hardest to come up with a plan for me and send me the right way to a speacilist who can. I never had an experience like this before. It was incredible. I'm use to rather quiet, unhelpful, and abrasive offices and dentists. I was a nervous mess but they did well to calm me down and genuinely felt like they really cared. They awnsered so many of my questions and were tremendously transparent. You can't go wrong giving this office a visit.
From the first phone call as a new client to my first visit I had nothing but excellent service. The front desk administrator asked just the right questions and found out that due to past surgeries I would need to take antibiotics prior to each visit which I was unaware of
Dr Rosenthal and staff are all friendly and eager to help.
I’ve been going to Dr. Rosenthal at the time she opened her office in North Canton, Ohio. I have always liked going to her because she and her staff are friendly and very knowledgeable in the field of dentistry and insurance. I have been extremely confident that I am getting the best care when I need to go for a problem and when I visit the office for routine issues such as getting my teeth cleaned and examined. I highly recommend Dr. Rosenthal and her staff! You will be glad you called for an appointment.
Dr Rosenthal takes time to explain everything. Doctors in the past go so fast they have missed things or just didn't answer. She is very thorough.

I’m not one who enjoys going to the dentist, but Dr. Rosenthal and her staff made the experience easy and comfortable.
