I had the most amazing experience from start to finish with Heidi Elnora Atelier. Even with COVID restrictions, I was comfortable and felt like a princess the whole time! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend heidi elnora’s for heirloom alterations or custom-made work. We trusted their team to transform my mother’s wedding dress into a halter piece and were extremely disappointed for the following reasons: • FALSE COST PROJECTIONS: When we dropped off the dress in September 2019, we were given a verbal estimate of 10 hours based on previous work. While the contract states project hours are TBD, they market themselves as seasoned experts in the industry so we took their estimate at face value and ... read more
I cannot say enough good things about Heidi Elnora Atelier. I had already been to several wedding dress boutiques and was very underwhelmed. I'm also very indecisive, which made choosing a wedding dress even more difficult. All of that changed when I met Heidi. I don't know how she does it, but it's truly amazing. Make an appointment. You will not regret it.
