Dr Sarpa did a blood test and skin biopsy on my rash that spread all over my body. She emailed me immediately once the results came back. She has been very responsive to all of my questions via email and even prescribed me a new medication and wrote a note for my work via email. I really appreciate how responsive and helpful she has been through the Kaiser app messaging portal.
