They have been very accommodating with my schedule, providing a quick turnaround time for the exam and products. They are very thorough with the exam, offer the latest styles in frames, and provide trial contact lenses when necessary. When I walk in I am always greeted with a smile and enthusiasm! Our eight year old, autistic child lost his glasses at school and we were assured, by their insurance provider that they would cover a replacement pair of glasses, but office staff refused to even call the number we provided. Very poor customer service for this disabled child in my opinion, and pure laziness. We will never do business with this provider again.
I was referred by a coworker and came in to have my lenses put in new frames. Despite how awkward I am, the helpful staff had my lenses in new frames in less than 20 minutes, for a great price that certainly isn't going to break the bank.
Love this place and the wonderful people who own and operate it. You cannot find better customer service or kinder people anywhere. Thank you the continued years of wonderful service!
