I took my 6-year-old and they were great with her! made the exam easy and fun.
After having a pair of my glasses break I brought them up to Heffington’s. Upon coming back to pick them up later that day, I was told that they were fixed and that there would be no charge. I was surprised as I was not a prior customer of theirs. Unfortunately, my dog decided to ruin these frames about a week later. I brought up another pair of glasses that were broken yesterday. They were able to fix them, again, with no charge. It’s rare to see such friendly service. They have my business in the future.
I appreciate how quickly they always get me in for an appointment. Friendly and helpful staff.
Debra Heffington is AWESOME! Best customer service. Both optometrists were very thorough and took the time needed to gauge the prescription that was just right for myself and my 5 year old. I will admit.. the place is a little "dated", but this DOESN'T effect the exam, shopping experience or the knowledge of the staff. Don't let this deter you from shopping this locally owned and family run store.
