This is for the House of Vision location at 1350 E Woodhurst Dr...The Dr's are nice but the front staff are liars. 2 times during my past visit I asked them to check what my insurance would pay as they were upsetting everything to me. This is even after I told them I brought in my old frames to put lenses in. They assured me twice that my insurance would pay everything. Unfortunately they were not forthcoming about the prices and refused any viable options regarding poor prescription or assistance after charging an arm and a leg for something I could have gone across town and received for less than 1/3 the price. Twice I had to pay over $300 out of pocket after optical insurance adjustments. Over priced compared to competitors. The people were friendly but it’s very unfortunate. Very Pleased!! I am diabetic and my vision can change with glucose readings. The first pair they made I had a headache, but they continued to work with me until they got the prescription correct!! Never did I feel like a bother. Thanks for being patient and getting my glasses right!! I will be back!
