I had an excellent experience at Heed Spa and will definitely be back soon. From the moment I called to make my appointment until I walked out the door, Marina at the front desk was exceptional. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming, making the entire experience seamless. I had a therapeutic Thai massage, and my massage therapist was excellent—professional, skilled, and exactly what I was looking for. I went for a deep tissue and cranial massage. Paola is lovely. I was so relaxed when she was done. Marina at the front desk and host is super welcoming and made you feel right at home. I'd love to come back to heed on my next trip to FL.
