My mom and I had an amazing time at HeedSpa today! First, the location is perfect. Heed is literally steps away from the beach, right next to the big Hallandale water tower. Second, parking is to the right and the spa is on the left. You can’t miss it. Ashley and Shawn were our masseuses and they did a phenomenal job. I did not want my massage to end. I probably would have skipped doing this review based on the massage alone. It was very standard tourist massage. However, the attendant and front desk woman Marina made the vibe absolutely incredible. She was so caring, so doting, and definitely made the experience extra special. The brought me water arranged a cute sauna bed for me. So many unexpected extras - five stars and I hope she is incredibly well paid for going the extra mile for guests like me
This was by far one of the most wonderful spa experiences I have ever had. I went twice within a two week period and each time my treatments were performed by Ashley. Ashley is fantastic, knowledgeable in her skill, professional, attentive.I had to back services, including body scrubs, and wraps, facials and massages. The treatment is stellar. The amenities are beautiful and clean. The beach access is a wonderful perk to using the spa. All around an exceptional, exceptional experience.
Marina, Paola and Gloria were all Amazing - such great friendly customer service - highly recommended!
