Best massage and overall spa experience I've ever had. Marina was a wonderful, attentive host. All the extra amenities that came with a deep tissue massage were a pleasant surprise, like the sauna. Most places just give you a massage and send you on your way, but Heed provided spaces to have a cup of tea or take a hot shower, which added to the relaxation. Craig did an amazing job on the massage. His highly skilled techniques relieved so much tension and made me feel great.
I had a wonderful first visit at Heed Spa in mid March. The Eminence Organic facial was very good, and my skin felt amazing for days to come. Carolina was so helpful in explaining the products and making at home care recommendations! Marina from the front desk was a great spa host and made sure I had an amazing visit throughout my pre and post treatment experience. Thank you and I look forward to coming back next time I am in town :)
Marina was amazing! She was vey pleasant and accommodating. Good customer service is sometimes hard to come by.
I was on vacation for my 36th birthday and the goal was relaxation and peace so I walked in I didn’t have an appt and lovely marina got me right in and oh my gosh thanks to Gloria I feel like a new women thanks guys yall the best and made my experience 10/10 from the intro to the end
Marina was so helpful and provided us with a tour. She took the time to give us a great experience! Highly recommend this spa and especially working with her!
