My husband and I had a fantastic couples massage at Heed Spa this past weekend to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary. The service was impeccable, starting with Marina the front desk assistant, who pampered us from the moment we walked in the door to to the two massage therapist (Zenayda and Shaun) who were absolutely incredible with hands of gold. Booked their monthly special and upgraded to the therapeutic massage. WOW - Zenayda did not disappoint. This may have been my best massage ever! My daughter and I were treated so kindly with genuine enthusiasm for our experience. Marina was simply amazing and gracious. She even suggested an excellent restaurant, Etaru, just upstairs that topped off our amazing evening. MAKE THE APPOINTMENT!
My husband booked me a birthday spa day and this was the perfect place for me to relax and feel so comfortable with the warm, friendly, and welcoming staff. From the moment I stepped inside I met with a kind smile and Yessika offered me tea or coffee which I loved because the answer is always yes! My therapist was so thorough and very informative.
