I always feel that the staff is friendly and polite. I like that there is Christian/Gospel music in the background. Going to the dentist is not always the most pleasant experience for me so I appreciate the kindness extended to me today. The position of the chair is too reclined for my preference but Mandy adjusted it for me. That would be my one request is to ask the patient about that before positioning the chair. Thanks!!
The staff is always warm, welcoming, and friendly. You are seen at your appointment time or only a few minutes later, I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes in the waiting room. Excellent dentist office!
Professional work and friendly staff. Having the job done right is of most importance to me. I have had several dental procedures in the last few years done by Dr. Heck and his staff. The work is always done well. I recommend this business to everyone.
From the time you walk in to the time you leave,each person you meet is very sweet. Your greeted with a smile from julie and a have a great day as you leave. I cant say enough good about the care they give you. Very good people at Dr. Hecks office.
