I never have to wait too long to get an appointment, and the dentists and their staff are all great and very nice. I recently had to have some fillings, and the procedure was painless, to my surprise. I have more dental work scheduled, and my anxiety about it is very minimal now that I know they will take good care of me and make sure I am comfortable. The new office is so nice, and I like the addition of the TV screen above the dental chair so there's something to distract you while they're working on you.
As a child most of my dentist visits were not very good ones. This made me leery of dentist. Your awesome staff respects this fear I have and treat me great!!! I now look forward to my visits!! (Still a little nervous but I am working on it)
Always feel like I'm the most important patient they've ever had. I've had lots of work done here. Always do a great job. I'd never go anywhere else.
I found the process very smooth and like a well oiled machine. Not totally painless, but pretty close.
Both of our teenage daughters love the staff and most of all both Drs.Heck! At each visit they have commented to me that they feel comfortable and well taken care of by both Drs. Heck. They have had no anxiety during their visits. I have been very impressed by the doctors' honesty and compassion about the complicated nature of our daughters' treatments as well as their skill and expertise when addressing the problems. I am thankful that I can recommend this practice without reservation to my friends and family!
I actually enjoyed a deep cleaning because of a delightful attendant who kept me informed snd msde me feel comfortable.
Amanda is a great dental technician....really enjoy her upbeat spirit. God Bless.
I was pleased by the thoroughness of my exam and by the technology. The technician was very professional and friendly, explaining procedures and making me feel relaxed.
Visited with my four year old granddaughter and she was taken care of extremely well made comfortable and actually thought it was fun great first experience for her with the dentist
