Our family have been going to Doctors Heck for several years. We have got the best care for our teeth. We used to go to a big name dentistry and didnt even get close to the wonderful care we have got with Doctor Heck. Our teeth are the healthiest they have ever been. The staff are so friendly & make us feel welcome. They know us by name. They take a real interest in their patients. Also, they work with well you in paying for your dental bill with them. I just started coming to Heck Dentistry. Everyone has been very sensitive to my reasons for not seeing a dentist regularly. They are all so warm and friendly. You feel like they really care about you as a whole and not just your teeth. The service has been really great, because of this I'm no longer afraid to go to the dentist. I've been treated with respect every time and they are very professional.
Always feel welcome - everyone is courteous and friendly. All my questions are answered and staff is very professional. Appt. was right on time
Had my first visit with Dr Heck. His practice has all the latest technology which makes it very easy to understand the condition of your teeth and the dental care that you need. Cassie did my x-rays and cleaning, she was the best I have ever seen and I am 50+ and have been to several dentist.
I really liked my experience. They were very thorough and explained things much better than previous dentists I've been to. I've never seen photos of my teeth before; while it was a bit disconcerting it was also very informative and a great educative experience. My one negative would be that I didn't get a new toothbrush or floss. I guess I've been spoiled with all my other dental experiences because I've always received a goodie bag with a toothbrush and floss and tooth paste but I guess they don't do those here. Great visit ... Made me comfortable at all levels... In the chair, assured there was no pain felt, and explained everything before, during and after...
This by far has been one of the best dental offices I have ever been to in my lifetime! Wonderful staff all the way around. Everything was explained clearly and they ensured I walked out without being confused about anything. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone and everyone!!
I had a temporary crown placed today.The front office staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Jerry Heck and his assistant Missy did everything they could to make the experience a positive one. Dr. Heck accomodated a medical condition that requires avoidance of certain anesthetics in a very skillful manner. Missy did a great job in getting just the right fit for the temporary crown and I am certain I will be very happy with the permanent crown when it comes in.
