My fiancé and I visited HEbrews for the first time yesterday and it was simply just a bad experience. Firstly, we stood there for nearly ten minutes before someone offered to help us, not to mention there as a girl standing behind the counter, only a few few away, who saw us walk in. Then, when we were finally helped, the woman made a rude comment about me ordering a frappe when it was cold outside.
