I ordered a cold brew and the barista made it with cream. At every other coffee shop I've been to the standard is to ask whether or not the customer wants cream. If the barista doesn't ask and the customer doesn't specify that they want cream added, it should be made without cream. She refused to remake my drink without a charge, even after I had given her a three dollar tip.
