Incredibly helpful and kind staff. Remembered my son and I by name after the first visit! I can't say enough good things about this place and the wonderful people who work there. They go above and beyond to help with any plumbing problem you might have, and they'll even serve you lunch if you happen to visit on their monthly hot dog Friday. A forever customer here!
I just came in today and was trying to fix an old leaky facet. I couldn't even get the handle off to change it. But a very nice man named Ray proved to me there are still nice people out there. He took it apart and put it together with the new kit. You are my blessing today and I do appreciate your thoughtfulness. God Bless You!!!! Thanks Heatwave for outstanding service :)
