Great customer service, when buying a high ticket item like an A/C, go with Larsana. They do a great job and are very responsive.

From the moment I contacted these folks, I was impressed. George is an amazing source of information and is very interesting to talk to. He got me set up with a duct service and explained the process thoroughly. I also purchased the air purification system and couldn't be more pleased with the results. No more daily dusting and sneezing! Joey is an amazing repair technician, as well. They are my "go-to" guys for all heating/air-conditioning issues. Trustworthy and hardworking. Thanks so much guys!
They are there for their customer. They make every thing easy and make sure you know what is going on. You can always call them if you have a need for service. A great company to do business with.
Very expensive project....don't really have any prior experience with this process so I cannot rate the value for the money spent.. Having said that I was offered a very reasonable payment option and it was a job that needed to be done..
With all the scams out there, I was very leery of getting the ducts cleaned. George answered all of my questions and explained the procedure thoroughly. These guys are amazing and I will definitely recommend Larsana to my friends and family!
I got 4 quotes for a new HVAC system through HomeAdvisor. 3 of the 4 quotes were VERY competitive on several dimensions. The thing that set Larsana apart from the others is that they actually listened to my input and tailored the quote according to what was important to me rather than try to push their company's agenda and sales tactics on me. This is definitely the kind of company I like doing business with.
