The project took 6 hours. He left my home a filthy mess with dust and debris on every surface, marks on my walls, and screws in the carpet. I am left to wonder if he took something apart and didn't put it back together. Then he wanted to charge me $70 more than the estimate. Do not hire Larsana h & c.

Very polite and accommodating, everything works great, no complaints whatsoever
they installed the heat pump very quickly-however shortly after they had to come back to correct their mistakes-for almost a week. we had no heat or air for almost a week-not a great experience. terrible.
The technician was very courteous.
Great service! However, was told over phone the cost of the small project will cap at $120, but ended up charging $160... Could use some improvement on the consistency between quote and actual cost.
On time and on budget. Work completed as requested.
I was impressed with the promptness of their service. They came the same day I called and we worked out a time that worked for me. The work was done and cleaned up in a reasonable time.
